Using the website
You may browse and shop for lawful purposes only. Please do not misuse the website, try to break into it, send spam through our forms, or copy its content in bulk. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us and for keeping your account password private.
Products, pictures and prices
- Our statues are cast and finished by hand in resin. Colours, finishing and small details can differ slightly from the pictures on your screen and from piece to piece. This is normal for handcrafted work.
- Sizes and weights are approximate.
- Prices are in Indian rupees and are those shown when you place the order. We may correct obvious pricing or listing mistakes; if that happens before dispatch, we will tell you and you may confirm or cancel.
- Product offers, discounts and stock can change without notice.
Ready-stock and made-to-order items
Ready-stock items are dispatched as described on the Shipping & Delivery page. Made-to-order items (custom designs, human miniatures and corporate orders with your logo or branding) are produced only after you confirm the order, to your details. Their lead time is shown on the product page or in your estimate, and starts after we have confirmed your design details and payment. Because they are made specially for you, they cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has started, except where they arrive damaged or different from what was agreed (see our Return & Exchange page).
Your designs, photographs and logos
When you send us a photograph, logo, drawing or idea, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or break the law. You allow us to use it only to make and deliver your order, and to show a photograph of the finished piece on our website or social media only if you agree. Designs we create ourselves remain our property; you may use the physical item you buy for personal gifting or business display but not reproduce or sell copies of our designs.
Orders, payment and cancellation
An order is accepted when we confirm it by e-mail or WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is unavailable, the address cannot be served or we suspect misuse, and will refund any amount you have paid. You can pay online (cards, UPI, net banking and wallets through Razorpay) or, where offered, by cash on delivery. Corporate and bulk orders follow the estimate we send you, including its validity, taxes and payment terms. Cancellations and refunds are covered in our Return & Refund Policy.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are explained on the Shipping & Delivery page. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
Our responsibility
We take care to make the website and our products as described. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (such as courier disruption, strikes, weather or power and internet failures). Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

The website may link to other sites (for example WhatsApp, social networks or our payment partner). We are not responsible for their content or policies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at GHAZIABAD, without affecting your rights as a consumer to approach a consumer commission that has jurisdiction.
Grievance Officer
In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can send any complaint or privacy request to our Grievance Officer: Rajat Agrawal, e-mail info@statuecart.com, phone / WhatsApp +91 9310612615. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date below when we do. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
