This policy explains what personal information statuecart collects, why we collect it, who sees it and what choices you have.
Who we are
This website is run by Powered by Jaishree Advertising, 14/457 VASUNDHARA, GHAZIABAD ,201012. In these pages “statuecart”, “we” and “us” mean this business. You can reach us at info@statuecart.com or on WhatsApp +91 93106 12615.
Information we collect
- Details you give us: name, phone number, e-mail address, delivery address and PIN code, and the contents of your order, enquiry, estimate request or message. For corporate orders also the company name and GST number if you give them.
- Files you share: photographs, logos and references you upload for custom statues, human miniatures or branded gifts.
- Your account: if you create one, your e-mail and a password. Passwords are stored in scrambled (hashed) form, so we cannot read them.
- Payment information: online payments are handled by our payment partner Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details go to them directly and are never stored on our website. We receive only the payment status and a reference number.
- Visit information: our own simple visitor statistics count page views, the products viewed, items added to the cart, how long a page is open, where a visit came from, and the type of device and browser. This is anonymous: we do not store your IP address or your name, and it is not linked to your orders.
Cookies and similar storage
The website uses a few small items stored in your browser:
- Needed for the shop to work: your cart and wishlist (kept in your browser until you place an order), your sign-in and security tokens.
- Anonymous statistics: two first-party cookies (a visitor id kept for up to 2 years and a visit id kept for 30 minutes) used only for our own statistics.
- Analytics and advertising (only if you accept): when you press “Accept” on the cookie notice we may load Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure visits and the performance of our ads. These services may set their own cookies and receive your device and browsing information. If you press “Decline”, they are not loaded. Your choice is remembered in your browser and you can change it by clearing this site’s data.
How we use your information
- To confirm, make, pack, deliver and support your order, and to create custom work from the references you send.
- To answer your enquiries and send order and delivery updates by e-mail or WhatsApp.
- To send offers or news only if you have agreed (for example by subscribing). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the e-mail or by writing to us.
- To keep the shop safe, prevent fraud and spam, and meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
- To understand which pages and products people like, so we can improve the website.
Who we share it with
Only with those who help us serve you: courier and logistics partners (name, phone, address), our payment partner, our e-mail and messaging providers, our website hosting provider, and Google and Meta if you accepted analytics and advertising cookies. We may also share information when the law requires it or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information. When you choose to message us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own policy.
How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require. Enquiries and photographs you send for custom work are kept while the work is in progress and for a reasonable period afterwards for support and repeat orders, then deleted. Anonymous visit statistics are kept in detail for 90 days and as daily totals after that.
Keeping it safe
We use reasonable security measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, hashed passwords and limited access to our systems. No system is completely secure, so please keep your password private.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, erase it, withdraw your consent, or nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Write to our Grievance Officer below and tell us which e-mail or phone number you used, so we can find your records. We may need to keep some information (for example invoices) where the law requires us to.
Children
The website is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please shop with the help of a parent or guardian.
Grievance Officer

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
